Our Mission
Ambedkar Global is part of WeConnect Foundation that works in field of promoting ideas of world leaders for the benefit of the community. This foundation is keen to promote the ideas and inspire the Indians living abroad as well as promote Dr Ambedkar’s vison with the rest of the world. Currently our activities are limited to India, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain , Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and in Germany. However, our endeavor is to reach more countries.
Educate
Kids are pillars of the society. Children/youth are future of the country. By promoting education amongst all downtrodden sections of society and showing them the rightful path of Dr. Ambedkar, we are contributing to the country’s development and creating caste and class free society.
Agitate
With globalization and more Indians travelling abroad, the roots of caste system have spread across the world. It is one of our objectives to liaison with international humanitarian and academic organizations to promote Dr. Ambedkar’s thoughts for uprooting the caste system
Organise
Create a platform for Ambedkarites in UAE ,Gulf and worldwide to gather, unite and deliberate on the issues concerning to the society.
WHO WE ARE
Ambedkar Global is among one the initiative of WeConnect Global, a not for profit organisation registered in India with its head office in Patna , Bihar. It is led by team of young community leaders from across the world who want to create a difference in lifes around the people and environment that we live in. Another inititiative of WeConnect that came into the limelight was expatriation of Indian labour who had lost job in UAE and Gulf back to India. The leaders of this group contributed in organising over 50 charted flights to Gaya and Varanasi and some other cities in India
An ideal society should be mobile, should be full of channels for conveying a change taking place in one part to other parts. In an ideal society there should be many interests consciously communicated and shared. There should be varied and free points of contact with other modes of association. In other words, there should be social endosmosis. This is fraternity, which is only another name for democracy. Democracy is not merely a form of Government. It is primarily a mode of associated living, of conjoint communicated experience. It is essentially an attitude of respect and reverence towards fellowmen. – Dr. B. R. OUR PHILOSOPHY
The educated class among the followers of Dr. Ambedkar is a product of Dr. Ambedkar’s lifelong struggle for securing the rights of 250 million Dalits, Untouchables and Tribals. Hence the philosophy of pay back to the society. When an individual or a community or a class, is a beneficiary of a movement, it must discharge its obligations to the very movement it derived benefits from. Financial and human resources must be generated from within the society. Without resources no movement could be effectively run. Ambedkarglobal members are requested to pay back to society by contributing their time and efforts as well as financial support to fulfil the organization’s aim.
• Financial contributions: Monthly and project based contributions.
• Time: Contribute time where ever required to fulfill the aims and objectives of the organization
• Efforts: Be available to provide necessary efforts to fulfill the aims and objectives of the organization
